First 3D printer, super easy to set up and get going. Unfortunately my third print printed a hole in the bottom layers, when I went to remove the print it ripped the top coat of the base plate, meaning I can no longer print in that area. I did email Creality and a replacement part is already on the way. Concened about the durability of this in the future.

Fast and efficient response to resolve a build plate

After two week of use, our Ender-3D V3 build plate was scratched as the print nozzle did not re-align automatically. I contacted Creality and they sent a new plate out to us quickly. Appreciate the responsiveness of the support staff and the new part. My son loves his Creality 3D printer and have been designing different products to bring to life. Thank you to the team at Creailty.

Very happy with my new Ender-3 V3 SE

This is my first experience with 3D printing and I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I was able to assemble the printer and kick it off with a simple 3D object that worked the very first time. Amazing !
There are a few settings (options) on the control panel and in the Creality App that aren’t explained and it would have be nice to have a comprehensive Brand video that covered every setting but the basic “default” printer settings just work perfectly.
I’m glad I chose Creality. I’m now excited about 3D !

The best dam printer so far.

So far so good

Have made a couple of prints and so far its awesome. I did have the firmware crash and wouldnt restart, I needed to upgrade the firmware and the instructions have a few tiny details missing, so try to find some in forums.
If you update the firmware make sure to do the LCD control panel first!
