- The lid does not close well so if the machine is not running, you can not use this to store filament as it will immediately absorb moisture after it stops running.
- The touch screen is pretty terrible resistive style touch screen - reminiscent of touch screens from the late 2000s.
- The minimum temperature is 45°C which is too high to remain as a long term low humidity box. If it could go to below 40, I would leave it on indefinitely and keep the box low humidity without cooking the filament.
- Errors! My goodness, this product is unreliable! It will error out and turn the heater element off.

I received my order and the items are exceptional.
Customer Service however is less than helpful when I tried to have my order reflect on my account, but it still doesn’t show. Also tried to reset my password twice, and received a message that an email woulkd be sent to reset the password, however on neither occasion did I receive an email.
