Replacement Parts

My K1C 3D just decided to stop half-way through a print. The problem was a crack in the ceramic hot head. Creality thankfully agreed to replace the part BUT nearly 3 weeks and still no parts. So how does that affect my warranty time when K1C cannot be used? (CS9616) Thanks Stephen
